We purchase the Maya Bar (I guess I should say we purchase several Maya Bars) every time we visit The Cheese Shop in Williamsburg. This is best chocolate bar I have ever had with it's subtle notes of ancho chili, cinnamon, and orange...it's absolutely divine!

Just got back from Williamsburg... got a criolla bar in the colonial cheese shop - and wow great snap, smooth melt in mouth and nice nib texture. nuts and berry tones. Wondered what Venezuelan origin you are using?
