Semi-sweet chocolate ganache with raspberry-zinfandel conserves, dipped in dark chocolate.
2- CRIOLLA (with "V-Sabre" logo)
Extra bittersweet dark chocolate ganache with natural cacao nibs, dipped in dark chocolate.
2- BROWN BUTTER CARAMEL
Classic rich caramel made with browned butter, cream and a hint of sea salt, encased in milk chocolate.
