When will my order ship?

We ship Monday-Friday depending on the destination of the recipient and the weather at the destination. We reserve the right to hold shipments to the following week, if it will be held over the weekend.

Can I leave a gift note with my order?

We print gift messages on a fold over linen card. On the first page of the checkout process, there is a text box that you can include gift messages, or special requests. If you have already placed your order, you can send your request to and we will take care of it.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We sure do...regular rates apply!

Can I ship to multiple addresses in a single order?

Unfortunately, our platform only allows one shipping address per order. You will need to place multiple orders for multiple addresses. 10 or more? Contact our business sales for bespoke service.

Can I request my order to be shipped at a later date?

You can submit a request for future delivery in the gift message/comment section of checkout. We will do our best to accommodate.

Ordered over $75 but the FREE Shipping option is not showing up?

If you applied any discounts to your order you may have reduced the subtotal below $75. That is the most common issue.

How do I track my order?

For online orders, you will be sent tracking information links for your order. We do not provide tracking information for phone orders but can track a package upon request if the is an issue.

Can I order online and pick up my chocolates at the shop?

You can select "Local Store Pickup" as a free shipping method. We will send you a follow up email when your order is available to pick up.

How will my online gift card be delivered?

Online Gift Cards are sent to the purchaser's email address. You can print and mail, or forward along to the recipient with your own gift message

Will my chocolates melt?

We pack our shipments based on the temperature of the destination. For warm weather, we use insulated packaging and frozen gel packs. We have had lots of practice and can ship year 'round anywhere in the US.

What is Ganache?

Ganache is an emulsion of chocolate, cream and butter and is the foundation of most of our signature line of fine chocolates.

Where is your chocolate from?

We source most of our chocolate from top quality producers in Ecuador and Peru.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Signature Line: We formulate our fine chocolates to be good for 1 month at comfortable room temperature, though we suggest enjoying within 2 weeks for best flavor. Other products have much longer shelf lives( Caramels-3 mo., Toffees-6 mo., Bars-1 year.

How should I store the fine chocolates?

Store in a cool, dry place...good chocolate does not like the refrigerator! If you need to store for a long period, double wrap and freeze.

Are any of your products gluten-free?

Of our signature line, the only flavor that is not-gluten-free is the Malted Milk-Hazelnut.
